Cooling Inspection
Performed Mar - May
Blue Dot checks how your equipment is operating and looks for maintenance needs or developing issues that could interfere with cooling once temperatures rise.
Heating Inspection
Performed Sept - Nov
Our team evaluates your system for signs of wear or performance concerns before cold weather makes it an everyday necessity.
Inspection season is closed June – August and December – February, so our crews stay focused on active repairs and emergency calls when members need us most.
