We also offer a variety of service contracts to take the worry out of preventative maintenance. Our highly trained technicians are bonded licensed and insured and will work hard to be sure the work is done right the first time.

Financing is available for service work with approved credit.  

Heating and cooling systems, as well as boilers require routine maintenance to maximizes performance, maintain peak efficiency, and keep all warranties in effect. Preventative maintenance increases the life of the system, and insures safe trouble-free operation year after year!

The Blue Dot Preventative Maintenance Program Includes:

• Two scheduled maintenance visits per year
• A complete comprehensive tune up for you’re a/C in the spring
• A complete comprehensive tune up for your furnace in the fall – priority scheduling
• 10% discount on heating, air conditioning and plumbing service labor
• Discounted overtime fees for emergency service (excludes hoidays, scheduled maintenance and after 9pm)

Annual maintenance costs a lot less over the life of the equipment than to change out the equipment on a more frequent babsis. The word “preventative” speask for itself. It keeps things from happening. The better your unit is maintained, the more likely you’re goint to get the full life from the equipment. Most manufacturers will void warranties without routine preventative maintenance.
